Description
The CADYST-Consumer SA Group is a holding company that works in the Agri-food industry. The Group's mission is
to provide African populations with quality products, respecting international standards, manufactured
locally and accessible to all.
The CADYST-Consumer Group is made up of 3 companies: LA PASTA SA, PANZANI Cameroon and SAE.
For the needs of its services, the Sales and Marketing Department of LA PASTA SA is looking for
candidates for the post of:
Technical sales representative Yaoundé (01)
Technical sales Douala (01)
Technical sales representative Maroua (01)
Technical sales representative Bertoua (01)
Reason for the position:
Provide commercial and technical assistance to consumers.
Main missions :
1. Perform tests and demonstrations in bakeries and with donut manufacturers in order to recruit
new customers
2. Advise customers on the optimal use of our flour
3. Monitor the competition by reporting information to the Head of the Region and the Managers
Quality and Laboratory
4. Identify opportunities in the market and apply the operational plan within its scope
5. Develop a strong customer relationship through regular visits and the implementation of actions
communes
Profile / Key skills:
• Minimum baccalaureate +2 diploma in chemistry, biochemistry, food industry or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year experience in bakery pastry would be an asset
He / she must have / be:
• A spirit of initiative and anticipation
• Knowledge of analytical techniques
• Knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation
• Good interpersonal skills
