This job exists to deliver services for the Deployment of an enterprise-wide financial software application. The position achieves this through the effective planning, capture, and translation of deployment requirements into the design and execution of the Kuelap Connect Platform. Kuelap Connect is a modern cloud-native platform for the fast, low-cost, mobile delivery of digital financial services. The role is based in Cameroon and reports to the head of the department. Salary in the range of 250,000 XAF to 600,000 XAF.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent


  • Related work experience in a FINTECH company (or an equivalent combination of work experience and education)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong excel skills and PC operating systems and hardware essentials
  • Knowledge of developing and managing continuous improvement programs. Strong analytical skills to support independent and effective decisions
  • Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication skills to drive the conversation on both operational as well as on a tactical level.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience managing and writing standards and procedures for Incident, Problem, and Change management
  • Experience in working in a global and virtual environment
  • Proven experience working within high performing Infrastructure team, with a collaborative style of working
  • Experience either managing or supporting technology projects as an Analyst / Project Manager
  • Planning and organizing, Project Management experience
  • Has worked at a Financial institution supporting end-users and knows the Banking and Financial industry
