The Colleges' Partnership are recruiting for a Training Consultant / Recruiter to join our Business Development Team.
- Identifying opportunites across a range of income streams
- Developing sector specific sales and marketing plans for Apprenticeship recruitment
- Developing and Maintaining customer relationships
- Management of learner applications, including interview, matching with vacancies, and tracking through to enrollment
- Managing apprentice vacancies
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate
- Experience of business development activities, including sales and / or marketing
- The ability to excel at building relationships
- A dynamic, high energy and target driven personality
- Empathy with potential apprentices
- and ideally experience of job and / or apprenticeship recruitment
