Missions:
Procrastination and tracking of client relationships
Customer portfolio maintenance and development
Studies and Analysis of Financing Applications
Sale of the products
Administrative management of client files
Reporting activities and monitoring of main indicators of growth of its point of sale
Compliance with LAB-LFT procedures
Manage and develop your profit center
Manage the team of customer and operatives relations under his supervision
Manage the risks of the agency

The desired experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in the position of Manager of a large banking agency or network manager (Network Director)
Level of study:
Baccalaureate +4/5 in Management/ Banking/ Finance/ Commercial Action or Financial Analysis
Banking training: ITB, BBS or equivalent.
Qualities sought: You demonstrate rigidity, adaptation, great writing capacity, cold-blooded, listening, integrity and are force of proposal.
You have a common sense of organization and have great relational and human qualities, real analytical abilities, and you are reactive to taking action. You have the sense of negotiation as well as the spirit of initiative and synthesis.
You have a good mastery of banking regulation and Amplitude banking software
Master of English and computer tool is essential.
Good mastery of Amplitude software is a must.
