POSITION ACTIVITY (S):
Strategy
Ensure compliance and application of general management directives
Implementation of internal control and ensure correct application
Control
Validate the completeness of turnover
Coordinate customer collection with the assistance of the sales administration in order to reduce customer outstanding
Ensure the correct application of internal procedures. (Carry out checks on a recurring basis according to the directives of the DF);
Participate in internal control.
Finance Accounting :
Control of entries, clocking and lettering of accounting entries for purchases and sales
Management of prepaid expenses and proposal of monthly entries
Management of unsuccessful invoices and proposal of monthly writings
Investment management and accounting
Analysis of inventory and en-route entries
Control and entry of monthly declaration entries
Control and entry of monthly and annual closing operations
Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet and the income statement
Participation in reporting
Main contact with the CAC
Sending circularization letters
Preparation of CAC report
Various tasks of the finance department
Participate in the preparation of the tax package
Treasury :
Bank reconciliation
Monitoring and entering of treasury transactions
Monitoring of incoming and outgoing checks for the bank
Cash flow monitoring
Prepare for payment
Cashier follow-up, unannounced control and monthly inventory
Communication, working relationship and training:
Maintain a pleasant working climate
Participate in teamwork and coach employees under your responsibility
Participate in meetings proposed by general management and other structures if necessary.
Follow the training offered by HR according to the training schedule.
JOB PROFILE:
Have a minimum of a Bac + 4 in Accounting and Finance
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function;
Experience in an accounting firm is an asset
Perfect knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
Mastery of accounting software packages
Mastery of IT tools and the office pack
Fluency in languages: French and English
Knowing how to be: Ability to analyze and synthesize, Sense of organization & priorities, Relational ease and sense of confidentiality, Proactivity and diplomacy, Versatility
