Your role
Main missions
- Develop Market Shares (Telco & Orange Money) at retail level
- Supervise the activity of sales partners in its sector
- Ensure field competitive intelligence in its sales sector
- Co-Build the Business Plan for its sector in close collaboration with its distributor
- Ensure reporting and analysis of activity performance in its sector
Main activities
- Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives (SIMS, C2S activations, Devices, Orange Money…) of its sector
- Carry out events and challenges with retailers to stimulate them
- Check the proper deployment of the POS / ILV with retailers
- Perform cross-statistics (with competitors' products) of stocks and sales to retailers
- Deploy national action plans in its sector (commandos in particular)
- Consolidate field visit reports from salespeople;
- Debrief each week with the sales representatives on their activity;
- Provide field support for salespeople on their distribution routes;
- Carry out unannounced checks in different distribution routes
Your profile
Training:
- BAC +2/3 commerce, sales, distribution, Marketing or management
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in the sale of consumer products
skills
- Knowledge of merchandising, knowing our products and services, knowing our tools, processes and methods, customer relations, seeking to improve
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, good analytical and statistical skills, ability to work under pressure
