NATIONAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR M / F
Attached to the Commercial Department, the National Sales Administrator will be responsible for implementing the credit policy defined by General Management, while participating in the definition of sales targets by region, also follow the performance reporting policy. sales, measure the development potential of each client and simultaneously carry out inventory audits in the field.
Its activities will be divided into three areas
BUSINESS STATISTICS AND ANALYSIS
- analyze weekly and monthly the performance of Agencies and Regions;
- reconcile the turnover and receipts of all agencies and regions, analyze them, make recommendations and reporting to the DC; (elect the best agency of the week and the month.);
- reconcile turnover and receipts from all agencies and regions;
- produce a monthly and quarterly report of the top 25 customers nationally, in turnover and transmission to the Commercial Director for analysis and recommendations;
- analyze the weekly receivables for the strategic meeting and propose actions for each agency;
- reconcile turnover and receipts from all agencies and regions, analyze them, make recommendations and reports to the Commercial Director
ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER FILES AND MONITORING OF RECEIVABLES
- analyze customer files and update the company's “customer term” file;
- reconcile customer accounts, identify differences and analyze them;
- perform the weekly reconciliation of customer receivables and sales representatives of all agencies;
- analyze older receivables, define the best agency for the week and the month;
- receive monthly statements of accounts / due from term clients of all agencies, analyze them periodically;
- report any anomaly to the Commercial Director.
AUDIT OF RECEIVABLES AND INVENTORIES
- perform field audits on the effectiveness of receivables from customers according to the priorities defined by the Commercial Department, analyze and classify data for the circularization of accounts;
- perform field audits on stocks, check the presence of our products and those of competitors available from partners, according to the priorities defined by the Sales Department.
PROFILE
- Holder of a Bac + 3 in statistics, sales, management or any other equivalent diploma
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position ,
- Good knowledge of open market habits
- Good knowledge of traditional markets.
- Mastery of sales and management techniques and have good knowledge of marketing, synthesis skills.
- Have solid skills and experience in handling computer systems and standard office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Sage Saari etc.).
- Practice of the English language is an asset
