Description
We recruit Collection Agents whose role is to:
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio of the Microfinance Establishment in his work area;
- Collect savings from customers and members;
- Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them a suitable solution;
- Promote the offer of services or products for which it is responsible;
- Develop the activity with prospectors;
- Report on its activities.
CONDITIONS
- Be at least 18 years old and 35 years old at most;
- Ability to speak, read and write French and / or English;
