Main missions :
The Courier (ère) Deliverer (s) is mainly responsible for making deliveries to customers, but also all errands that may be entrusted to him. He (she) is (the) main (e) intervener (e) with customers and must therefore project an image in perfect harmony with that of the company:
- Receive orders
- Load orders on the motorcycle and proceed to delivery to customers
- Check orders and documents (receipt, address ...) and define the route according to the delivery instructions
- Proceeds to collect a delivery
- Secure and maintain the delivery vehicle for which he (she) is responsible
- Take care of vehicle cleaning and first level maintenance
- Refuel vehicle, oil changes and various repairs at the mechanic's
- Take part in prospecting and looking for new customers
- Collect customer comments and forward them to the relevant departments
- Propose solutions in response to customer complaints
Profile:
- Education: Baccalaureate or equivalent
- Driver's license: Category A
- Age: 21-35 years old
- Professional Experience: not required
Job requirements:
- Know how to drive a motorcycle and have a motorcycle driving license (Category A)
- Know your geographic area of activity perfectly
- Ability to read and write French or English
- Have good expression and good behavior
- To be able to establish a relationship of trust with customers
- Remain patient and be polite to any test, despite an often noisy environment and sometimes unpleasant customers
- Be available because you can work shift schedules, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Be punctual, precise, organized, methodical and forward-looking.
- Being friendly, polite and welcoming, essential qualities in the commercial field.
- Be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of its equipment
Working condition: The place of service of the Couriers (deliverers) will be in the city of Yaoundé, but could be moved to any other city in Cameroon. In addition, its missions may require travel. The contract will have a renewable term of one (01) year.
