Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer enquiries regarding customer accounts and other bank related products
- Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
- Opening and closing customer accounts
- Cheque book processing
- Provide products and service information to customers
- Attract potential customers
- Sale of E-Channel products to customers
- Other duties as assigned
- At least two (2) years of Work experience as Customer Service in the banking sector
- 1st degree in management, marketing, administration, banking and finance etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Candidate must be bilingual
- The Candidate should be an active listener, possess good communication skills, problem solving, proactive, etc.
- Candidate must be dynamic and have good Ethics
- Great organizational and planning skills Skill/competences
