A communication agency is looking for a Community manager specializing in digital marketing as part of its capacity building.

JOBS DESCRIPTION / MISSIONS
You will be taken to join a very dynamic team within which you will carry out different activities:
- Plan and execute all SEO, social media, communication and display advertising campaigns;
- Write content;
- Develop strategies to generate online traffic to the websites of the various projects;
- Provide engaging content in text, image and video for all social networks and professional accounts;
- Respond to customers in a timely manner;
- Track conversion and improvement rates of websites;
- Organize and manage events to increase awareness of our brand;
- Monitor, track and report comments and reviews online;
- Develop digital marketing campaigns;
- Liaise with other related departments;
- Establish relationships with clients, professionals in the digital industry (bloggers, influencers.) And journalists;
- Stay up to date with trends in digital technology;
- Master the techniques of sponsorship, referencing and PPC;
- Examine new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing developments;
- Make reporting / activity reports;
PROFILE
- Bac +3 in communication / marketing or diploma in Community management;
- Benefit from at least 5 years of professional experience in digital animation;
- Mastering social networks and their modes of operation (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter etc.)
- Having a good community on social media personally
- Mastery of E-commerce (selling products online)
- Have easy contact in customer relations and diplomacy;
- Have good writing skills in French and English;
- Knowledge or mastery of SEMRush;
- Knowledge of WordPress and PrestaShop are assets;
- Mastery of social media and channels, with a solid Web culture;
- Being bilingual is an asset;
- Be comfortable with the IT tool / Mastery of the Office pack
