Mission: 
The Communication Department Manager develops, manages, implements and evaluates the company's communication strategy as well as its brand strategy at country level. As such, it defines the communication programs to promote the image of the company vis-à-vis stakeholders.

He will be specifically responsible for:

- Definition and deployment of communication programs and activities

- Participate in the definition of the communication strategy and support the general management on press relations

- Ensure the proper dissemination of messages, programs and achievements of the company to its various internal and external targets as part of the activities

- Monitor the company and its external environment and lead, as such, corrective communication actions

- Events: Structure the promotion of the company's brand image through events and participate in the organization of trade fairs, internal events ...

- Press relations: Improve the company's reputation with the public through the media, put into perspective the tools for watch, monitoring and perspective of the media environment, and produce content (Information note, press releases press, press kit)

- Web and social networks: Create content for social networks, contribute and moderate social networks, ensure the updating of company websites; follow statistical monitoring and measurement tools

- Studio / creative: Produce written, audiovisual and digital communication media ...

- Commitments: Promote the employer brand in conjunction with the Human Resources Department, actions of social responsibility and corporate sponsorship.

Profile: 

- Holder of a minimum Bac + 4 diploma in Information and Communication Sciences and Techniques or any other equivalent diploma from a specialized school

- At least 05 years of successful experience in journalism / Communication in a company or in a media with an established reputation

- Mastery of Powerpoint, Excel, DTP-video software

- Team management

- Perfectly Bilingual English-French

Level of studies: MASTER / BAC + 4
Specialization: Marketing / Communication / PR / Journalism
Level of experience: Experienced (from 6 to 10 years)
Languages: 
French: Fluent
English: Fluent
