Description

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Welcome newly recruited employees: administrative management, equipment management, welcome booklet;
  • Prepare employment contracts and have them signed by the new employee;
  • Establish and methodically monitor the GPEC;
  • Prepare the exit of employees awaiting departure: administrative management, legal declarations;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the personnel of the company and the realization of the declarations with the social organizations;
  • Ensure the preparation of payroll variables;
  • Establish the various legal and budgetary documents such as social reports and mandatory reports;
  • Support the implementation and validation of the company's training plan;
  • Support managers in the choice of training courses and organizations;
  • Ensure the administrative management related to the purchase and financing of training offered to employees.
