Description
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Welcome newly recruited employees: administrative management, equipment management, welcome booklet;
- Prepare employment contracts and have them signed by the new employee;
- Establish and methodically monitor the GPEC;
- Prepare the exit of employees awaiting departure: administrative management, legal declarations;
- Ensure the follow-up of the personnel of the company and the realization of the declarations with the social organizations;
- Ensure the preparation of payroll variables;
- Establish the various legal and budgetary documents such as social reports and mandatory reports;
- Support the implementation and validation of the company's training plan;
- Support managers in the choice of training courses and organizations;
- Ensure the administrative management related to the purchase and financing of training offered to employees.
