Supervise all the tasks relating to the financial and accounting management of the company: general and auxiliary accounting (Customers, Suppliers), payroll, bookkeeping

  • Ensure good collaboration with banking institutions and suppliers
  • Process and enter all accounting data in the accounting software
  • Ensure all banking operations, including bank reconciliation and balance sheet, preparation of checks and transfers, supervision of petty cash, and verification of fund transfers
  • Prepare monitoring documents for financial and accounting activity (Estimated Budget, Documents dedicated to Financial Funds collected and more particularly Financial Reports and monitoring)
  • Ensure control of accounting rules and the proper use of funds

Report to the management of the company on the monitoring of operations and the financial health of the company

  • Prepare the files of the board of directors in agreement with the General Management
  • Report to the hierarchy any anomaly or deviation found in relation to the application of the procedures and code in force
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and expenditure forecasts, under the direction of the Head of the Financial Control Department
  • Prepare the accounting documents at the end of the year (Balance, Financial statements, Balance sheet, General ledger, Job table, resources)

Ensure financial and IT news

  • Contribute to the accounting migration process (interfaces with other IS)
  • Implement a software package or a new software version

About you

Training:  BAC + 4 type Masters in Accounting / Administration and Management

Experience required:  4 years in a similar position
