Between 33 and 45 years old
Holder of a BAC + 2 in hospitality
Proof of at least 5 years professional experience in the position
MISSIONS
Ensure compliance with procedures l ied to the current operation of the residences, the rehabilitation of housing and security heritage.
Guarantee the quality and continuity of service (routine maintenance, handling of complaints, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Supervise and manage a team of staff placed under his responsibility
Train and retrain staff
SKILLS
- Technical competence
Good computer skills (WORLD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and others)
Knowledge of INOV software is an asset
Have diversified theoretical and practical knowledge of the hotel industry (floor, bar / restaurant, reception, laundry room, etc.)
Design and take charge of the management and animation of the teams
Organize your work according to the constraints and specificities of the hotel business.
