RESEARCH PROFILE:
Be between 27 and 40 years old
Be of Cameroonian nationality
Hold at least a BAC+4 diploma in HRM or any other similar field
Have a minimum of five (02) years' experience in the field or similar position
Speak English and French
THE MAIN MISSIONS AT THE POST
Participates in the individual follow-up of each employee and keeps their file up to date: absenteeism, leave, promotions, transfer, accident at work...
Anticipates job changes and the need for training of each to reorganize the workforce;
Takes care of the administrative update of the expatriates;
Manages social partners such as insurance;
Manages conflicts and administrative disputes within the company;
Performs payroll, including ensuring that salary elements are delivered on time to the management level;
Participates in the recruitment process.
QUALIFICATION
Good knowledge of the computer tool
Sense of organization and management of priorities
Adaptability and proactivity required
Respect for confidentiality
Strong ability to analyze and evaluate situations, rigor and high responsiveness
Sense of service and team spirit
Fluency in English is an advantage
