Description
SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN IS LOOKING FOR ITS MARKETING, COMMUNICATION & QUALITY MANAGEMENT ONE (01) TELECONSEILLER
The main mission of the Telecounseler is to inform, sell and offer in issue, in reception of calls or via the other digital channels of the bank, personalized solutions for a clientele of individuals and professionals.
He / She will have the role of:
Commercial
- Inform customers in general about banking products and services or direct them to an appropriate service;
- Selling the bank's products and services via sustained and structured prospecting commercial actions (outbound sales campaigns);
- Demonstrate commercial pro-activity via commercial rebounds on incoming calls;
- Relaunch customers in default on their commitments to the bank;
- In the context of customer relationship management, putting customers in touch with customer advisers;
- Respond to requests for information or assistance from customers by telephone or email;
- Achieve the objectives defined by the hierarchy.
Quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a process of advice, information and support;
- Participate in the implementation of the quality system by respecting the procedures;
- Contribute to the development of the department by being force of proposal.
Administrative / Management
- Report to his manager on monitoring his activity;
- Regularly carry out an activity report with his hierarchy;
- Weekly inform their hierarchy of their contacts;
- Enter information relating to its activity on the reporting tool.
Risk
- Make sure to communicate the right information to the client.
Degree of autonomy
- Organize well to optimally manage your portfolio during outgoing call campaigns and know how and / or look for the right information to communicate to customers regarding incoming calls.
For this position of 08th category based in Douala, the candidate must have the following skills:
Technical skills
- Know the offer of banking products and services;
- Master the basics of financial techniques related to banking processes;
- Know how to implement sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques;
- Know how to understand and address the risk associated with the activity;
- Apply the rules and procedures in force;
- Have knowledge of office automation (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK…)

Candidate profile:
- BAC + 2/3 in Banking, Marketing, Communication, Management Sciences or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years of seniority in Marketing in the banking sector.
- To be bilingual.
