Position: Technical - commercial manager in the city of Yaoundé
- Prospect new customers
- Increase turnover
- Bring new markets
- Responsible at the forefront of achieving sales objectives, also responsible for detecting growth opportunities and highlighting them (markets / customers / partners).
- Manage the sales team of distributors through the network, in order to optimize sales and achieve set objectives.
- Build and mobilize teams (supervisors and distributors) for launches, promotions, contests and events.
- Ensure the animation and the stimulation at the level of the partners / commercial.
- Evaluate the results obtained in close collaboration with the distributor.
- Ensure the security of commercial transactions and the application of management instructions.
- Establishment of a competitive intelligence
- Ensure the follow-up of partners & regular reporting to the sales department
- Establish its operating and forecast budget and submit it to its sales department.
- Follow customers
- Proposes a plan to improve the activity in terms of yield and cost.
- Define a positioning for the different ranges in accordance with the strategy of the brand and the company.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCES:
- Bac +2 to 4 years of higher education in commercial and marketing action or any other diploma equivalent to
3 to 5 years of experience minimum in the field
- Technical baccalaureate will be an asset
- Having experience in the field of refrigeration and electricity will be a major asset
- Great availability and discretion
- Able to work in a team

- Very good endurance at work and stress
- Organization and respect of deadlines

- Driving license A and B
