Missions

On behalf of clients in the firm's portfolio, the candidate will have the following tasks:

• Estimate and control tax returns
• Write tax reports monthly or annually
• Organize and update the company database
• Recommend tax strategies in line with the company's objectives
• Identify tax savings and propose solutions to increase profits
• Track industry trends and tax changes
• Work with internal and external controllers
• Anticipate tax forecasts
• Analyze tax and legal aspects 
• Ensure compliance with tax standards
• Choice of the most suitable tax regime for the company's situation
• Advisory role to the company
• Defend the tax interests of the company
• Permanent tax watch
• Possible animations of legal training.

PROFILE

• Master 2 in applied taxation;
• Lawyer with at least a Masters in law, preferably in business law;
• Justify a significant experience of at least 02 (two) years in a tax office or legal department of a large company;
• Justify solid knowledge of OHADA law;
• Demonstrate an excellent command of English and French, both oral and written;
• Good command of Excel and dashboards;
• Demonstrate team spirit, in perfect harmony with our culture of openness, entrepreneurship and excellence;
