Description

Participate in the investigation and study of the market in order to define customer needs, the state of competition and / or to set up an action plan

+ Establish the daily work program of salespeople and write the report of commercial activities. Recruitment, animation, motivation, coaching and development of individual capacities of sales representatives.

-           Manage complaints and provide the interface between the company and its customers. Managing the relationship with customers

-           Visit Provincial hospitals, clinics, NGOs, Provincial Supply Pharmacies and medical offices in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative objectives determined with the General Management

-           Develop the commercial portfolio

-           Carefully update and fill in customer files and databases

-           Actively participate in specific commercial actions

-           Follow-up of quotes and pro forma and of the delivery service.

-           Be a force of proposal with customers

-           Knowledge of the products marketed by the company. Marketing all the products and maintenance contracts outside the Large Hospitals and a few specific customers.

-           Define and evaluate commercial action plans

-           Contribute to the evaluation of the commercial policy (help to make a better commercial offer to a client according to the opportunities he gives and his attendance)

-           Identify the constraints and opportunities of the market

-           Develop a personalized negotiation process (make proposals based on the client)

-           Participate in the proper treatment of after-sales problems

-           Maintain permanent contact with the client by visiting the field regularly

-           Analyze the client's business expectations (know the client's expectations and the problems he wants to solve, the opportunities presented to him and the company, the advantages that both parties will have from a commercial point of view in working together …)

-           Lead weekly sales meetings

-           Control and monitor and evaluate all the activities of the agents under his responsibility

-           Direct customers and / or users to the relevant Services for information.

-           Report on its activities to the General Management by copying the Administration ...

Educational Requirements

  • Training Bac + 4/5 of a business school or equivalent degree

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 05 years experience in a similar position (experience in the biomedical field would be an asset)

Additional Requirements

  • Have experience of budget management, management control and financial management
  • Have a good mastery of sales techniques

  • Knowledge transfer knowledge
