Description
Missions:
- Design and implement new organizations for the HR function;
- Write the specifications and help choose solutions;
- Model, harmonize and optimize HR business processes;
- Design and put into production HR tools in complex environments;
- Accompany the strategic and operational change (impact analysis, stakeholder-parts management and group coaching, creation and management of networks of change agents)
- Digitalization of the HR function (master plan, help with selection of HRIS tools, dematerialization ...)
- Development and animation of high level training in HRM and management.
Required profile
- Hold a 3rd degree in Human Resource Management and / or management (DESS / DEA / Master)
- Possess a professional certification in HRM is an asset,
- Have at least 8 years of experience, ideally acquired in a management, organization and human resources consulting firm or in a department specializing in business.
- Justify a proven experience in change management and talent development with public and private institutions.
- Demonstrate independence, rigor and writing skills and synthesis,
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ...) and software HRIS
- Be able to conceptualize to develop projects
- Being able to support change in the company
- Being with a strong sense of organization to manage multiple projects
- Being able to be pragmatic in order to act and intervene concretely
- Be endowed with a good open-mindedness in order to have a good vision of the situations and the consequences of his decisions.
