You are currently a Tax Lawyer in a Legal Advice Firm or in a Law Firm,

II- Main missions:

You will be brought to (non-exhaustive list):

Carry out mergers and acquisitions, restructuring in a national and international environment, sales and acquisitions, drafting of various acts, due diligence, preparation of closing;

Assist clients with legal secretarial issues: approval of annual accounts, keeping of legal registers, various statutory modifications, completion of formalities;

Perform missions relating to day-to-day operations in the life of companies: incorporation of companies, dissolution / liquidation, transfer of registered office, continuation of activity and reconstitution of shareholders' equity;

Etc.

III- Job profile

You have a Master's degree or an equivalent degree in Taxation, Business Law, Legal Counsel or a Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA);

You have a first professional experience of around 02 years, acquired in a legal consulting firm and ideally in a "Big four" or in a law firm;

You have developed a certain autonomy in the processing of files;

You have a current professional practice of legal English, both written and spoken;

You are rigorous and able to evolve in a demanding and challenging environment;

You have developed a good digital culture;

You are over 27 years of age.
