A local company, a medical equipment sales and distribution company, is looking for the needs of its services, One (01) HR Manager in the city of Douala.

 

Required profile:

- Minimum Bac + 3 in Human Resources Management or equivalent

- Professional experience in the HR field would be an asset

- Master the computer tool

- Mastery of assessment techniques and tools

- Mastery of techniques for preparing administrative documents 

- Mastery of the labor code and collective agreement

- Design of business management tools

Missions:

Under the responsibility of the Management, you will be responsible for defining and driving the personnel management policy, being a source of proposals, and managing all the activities of the human resources department. More precisely: 

• Define and implement the human resources policy; 

• Manage the recruitment of staff; 

• Oversee payroll administration and personnel management; 

• Advise operational staff on all areas of human resources (social legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration, etc.) 

• Ensure the quality of social relations within the company; 

• Manage HR projects and participate in the management of any changes that may result from them; 

• Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools; 

• Provide various daily, weekly and monthly activity reports; 

• Satisfy all administrative tasks pertaining to the position. You plan to invest yourself fully and passionately while committing yourself to the satisfaction of your hierarchy.

• Creativity, curiosity, as well as a certain sensitivity are assets in this position;

• Professional experience in the field of human resources;

• Master the Internet tool;

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
