• Supervise healthcare providers involved in the care of HIV in adults in health facilities supported by ICAP in the region
• Develop monthly and quarterly work plan
• Capacity building, mentorship and coaching of project staff
• Conduct results analysis and interpretation, make prompt decisions

• Ensure the support and progress of all indicators 95-95-95 in health facilities supported by ICAP in the region

• Participate in data quality assurance / quality improvement activities to develop interventions to address identified gaps in the program
• Coordinate APS activities and their evaluation in the region
• Oversee the collection, documentation and validation of indicators related to HIV care in adults throughout the HIV care cascade
• Prepare the weekly report and submit to the ICAP Regional Manager and the ICAP Technical Advisor for the Management of HIV in Adults
• Participate actively in the weekly and monthly data review meeting to evaluate the level of achievement of indicators of the program
• Develop monthly report and transmit it to the technical director

• Coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of HIV prevention, care and treatment activities
• Coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of HIV positive case identification at all functional entry points
• Coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of linkage of all HIV positive cases identification
• Coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of treatment services, retention and viral load test uptake
• Ensuring clinical, biological an immunological monitoring of clients on ART an ensure they are screened for TB and placed on IPT if no sign of TB and all those who are TB positive on RHEZ for six months
• Collaborate with MOH and others partners to ensure the project’s objectives are achieved

 Reproductive health, family planning, disease control, EPI unit
Monitoring and evaluation of reproductive components of health facilities in Kumba Health District (maternal health, infant mortality rate); supervise and report the various EPI activities in the district then forward report to the regional level.
 Malaria and NTDs unit
Organize and supervise the distribution of LLINs, mectizan, praziquantel, Albendazole and monitor the free malaria treatment for children at district level. Implementation and management of malaria prevention, diagnosis, care and treatment strategies, strengthening of community involvement for malaria prevention strategies.
 Cold chain unit
Collect vaccines from the regional level and supply the various health facilities in the district, monitor the cold chain and vial vaccines monitor to ensure the potency of vaccines.
 PBF unit
Supervise and monitor the activities of all the health facilities under PBF to ensure the availability of quality health care service delivery to patients using indicators to score health facilities.

Counselling and Testing of Pregnant women for HIV
Ensure all positive pregnant women are placed on treatment
