Description
Our client is an engineering, design, and production SME specializing in industrial waterproofing and painting work. It enjoys the confidence of several large public and private companies.
Within the framework of its various projects, we are recruiting its CONDUCTOR OF WORKS
Main missions
Reporting directly to the Productivity Manager, he ensures the completion of the various projects entrusted to him :
Ø Plan, organize and control the layout, equipment of construction sites and construction
· Site preparation
- Receive and study the elements of the technical file (architect's plans, study report, estimated budget);
- Perform authorization requests and obtain the documents necessary for setting up work sites;
- Contact, evaluate the services and select the suppliers belonging to each trade (materials, works, supplies, service providers) in connection with the purchasing department if there is one;
· Work planning
- Monitor the activity of the sites and the progress of the various lots;
- Perform site reports to the productivity manager and / or the client;
- Ensure the interface with the various stakeholders of the project (client, inspection bodies, etc.).
· Project management
- Supervise the teams under his responsibility;
- Lead purchase negotiations with service providers: rental companies, subcontractors, material suppliers;
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Technical knowledge :
- Bac F4 + 3 in Civil Engineering
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Have a category B license
- Ability to analyze a technical file and propose technical and financial modifications;
- Knowledge of footage (surface, volumes ...) and mastery of the technical rules related to the construction of a structure (building, civil engineering ...)
- Master Design Software and Computer Assisted Drawing
- Mastery of IT tools
