Description
Reinforce sales development in all distribution channels for which he is responsible
- Implement various actions in distributors, partners and salespeople in order to raise the level of sales of the different references marketed by upowa
- Search for new channels or points of sale for the achievement of objectives and the distribution of kits
- Provide assistance to sales representatives and retail outlets as part of their activities to promote and market upowa references.
- Ensure the availability of products (light kits and TV kits) in quantity and quality in franchises and in sector stores by triggering orders if insufficient product presence
- Popularize sponsorship in the field
- Ensure merchandising, deployment of POS and monitoring the quality of visibility in the commercial world of his region of competence
- Ensure / supervise the installation and maintenance and refreshment of the POS and visibility in all localities in charge
Ensure the implementation in the field of sales promotions planned in its sales channels
- Develop trade marketing action plans under the supervision of the regional sales manager and validate them by the Marketing Manager
- Carry out and ensure the animation and promotion operations at the points of sale and during the caravans
Ensure the qualitative and quantitative reporting of its activities
- Feedback field information, in particular from the competition
- Perform quantitative and qualitative reporting of its activities
Permanent functional relations
- Internally: Marketing Department, Technical Department and call center
- Externally: sales representatives, distributors, retail outlets, town halls and the end consumer.
Desired profile
Education and experience:
- Baccalaureate + 2 minimum, business / marketing or management studies desired;
- Two years of professional experience as a field salesperson, salesperson, or trade marketing facilitator would be a plus.
skills:
- Use of the Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…),
- Strong reporting capacity, easy control of mobile applications, ability to quickly learn the use of new tools, to have knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy systems.
Know-how :
- Dynamic, pragmatic and autonomous, high availability, good physical presentation, sense of contact, respect for customers, driving license
Language :
- Very good oral expression skills, good command of French.
- Speaking a local West region language is an asset, as is English
