Description
The CAMEROON EMPLOYMENT SERVICES , specialized company in the management of human resources, support to businesses and young people in achieving their professional goals looking for one of its customers a Warehouse Supervisor.
Main mission
Responsible for warehouse supervision, validation and monitoring of stocks.
Description of tasks
- Validate VRP orders: Hostesses; Regional, IPCR;
- Validate the supplies in store stocks (internal transfers);
- Check the order quotes and payment slips for each order submitted for validation by the warehouse workers;
- Produce a report on all sales of stock made by product and by store on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Make sure that with each weekly order placed by the FDV, the president's debt is settled;
- Participate in the sales forecast for the coming year with the decision-making body;
- Ensure that the conditions for security measures are met
- Ensure the cleanliness of stores and teams including storekeepers and handlers
- Ensure the storage conditions of products
- Ensure the availability of work equipment for his team
- Ensure regular reporting of activities and issues to the hierarchy,
- Take care of the work equipment provided;
- Coordinate / monitor the integration of new recruits within his team;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures by his team;
- Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of team members;
- Watch and participate in the development of team members;
- Offer motivation tools for team members.

Education and experience
- Academic level : BAC + 3/5 in logistics and transport management or production management
- Professional experience : 05 years of similar experience or in a logistics position
