Duties and Responsibilities Serving customers expeditiously and courteously

Handling cash payments and receipts Processing all cash operations against authorized justifying documents Receiving and confirming cash from customers

Paying cash to customers Receiving and confirming cash from vault and banks

Posting and processing cash deposits and withdrawals against vouchers

Performing confirmatory cash count at the close of the day to ensure a balance of physical cash and cash in the system.

Key Attributes and Skills At least a first degree (or its equivalent) Experience working as a Teller in a Microfinance or banking institution Experience using the Teller Module of any banking software.
