Mission: 

APAVE Cameroon is recruiting 01 SUPPLY MANAGER on behalf of one of its clients in the petroleum sector.

Missions:

  •  Ensure fuel supplies in strict compliance with local regulations;
  •  Supply the company with lubricants while respecting sourcing;
  • Ensure the permanent availability of fuels and lubricants in the various SCDP depots and LOCA lubes stores;
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of different stocks (products, inputs, and consumables);
  • Ensure compliance with import procedures;
  • Ensure that the management of fuel stocks respects the required standards;
  • Coordinate supply and management of lubricant stocks;
  • Participate in regulatory meetings of the supply chain;
  • Monitor measurement instruments and methods in oil depots and at the SONARA refinery, and write periodic reports;
  • Participate in the management of contentious situations inherent in the evaluation of stocks in oil depots and on customer sites;
  • Main tasks :
  • Carry out the supplies respecting the sourcing and the regulations in force;
  • Organize a cost-effective and efficient supply program for fuels, lubricants and GP;
  • Coordinate and monitor supply contracts with suppliers: LOSU, SCEFL, SONARA, LOMA, LOTU
  • Ensure the permanent availability of products in the various SCDP repositories;
  • Ensure the accounting of operations in accordance with company procedures;
  • Supervise the maintenance of the various oil and gas stores;
  • Ensure cleanliness in the various Lubes and Gas warehouses;
  •  Ensure the implementation of SHEMS and EHS in all lubricant and LPG depots;
  • Ensure the daily interface with SCDP, SONARA, CSPH, SNH;
  • Coordinate PCM activities and ensure compliance with metrological standards by SCDP;
  • Ensure compliance with the deadlines for reconciling stocks and especially the regularization of gaps;
  •  Supervise transit activities;
  • Ensure that inventories are made monthly and reported;
  • Hold a monthly supply meeting and prepare the orders arising therefrom;
  •  Also place spot controls if necessary;
  • Ensure daily reporting of inventory levels;
  •  Ensure monthly reporting of data from the CSPH Gas Transfer and Monitoring Committee;
  • Attend the SCDP Quarterly Losses and Measures Committee;
  • Communicate monthly the level of deads stocks and take care to reduce their level;
  •  Ensure that PCM reviews are performed annually in each SCDP e HRS repository;

Profile:

  • Engineer's degree (BAC + 5) in industrial fields, or related to petroleum products
  • Control of supply circuits
  • Management of fuel stocks and other petroleum products
  • Language French - English
