Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Sportsbook and E-sports Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to manage multiple activations across Winmax platforms and promote growth. The Sportsbook and E-sports Manager will be responsible for the management of different countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop local Sportsbook and Esports strategy and lead internal/external teams on implementation across multiple games.
• Develop marketing/promotion plans for multiple Sportsbook and Esports titles.
• Manage Sportsbook and Esports platform budget for running regular scheduled tournaments and promotions.
• Build an Sportsbook and Esports strategy and build consensus with the Operations manager and Marketing department in order to drive participation and commercial opportunities.
• Oversee the operations for existing Sportsbook and Esports programs and promotions.
• Assist production team in a variety of roles managing the schedule, players and game setup.
• Track and report project status and KPIs in a timely and consistent manner.
• Present plan, progress and suggestions to Operation manager and Marketing manager.
• Create and maintain relationships with influencers and professionals in Sportsbook and Esports.
• Involve in online and offline Sports betting and Esport advertising;
• Create and maintain relationships with influencers, social media groups and professionals in Sportsbook and Esports.
• Directly responsible for his / her sites and is tasked with finding new opportunities to create the best content and website features to increase the visitor value of the site
• Acts as the main point of contact for his portfolio of sites internally
• Works alongside the Content, Design, and Video teams to brainstorm new features that improve user experience and drive growth
• Constantly researches customer experiences and expectations to identify undeveloped opportunities
• Works with CRM, Sales, and Marketing teams to coordinate and manage campaigns

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years Sportsbook and Esports experience in the management, development and execution of competitive gaming leagues and tournaments online and offline or sports organizations management (or relevant experience).
• Ability to develop, communications, strategies and plans for entire Sportsbook and Esports Winmax group activity;
• Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working collaboratively with product, marketing teams, legal and operation team.
• Develop & execute promotional strategies & schedules in collaboration with social and community teams.
• Able to interface effectively with a variety of people, including casual gamers, professional gamers, spectators, and business professionals.
• Offers support and guidance in all the final decisions related to Sportsbook activity.
• Ability to travel, including international travel.
• A good collaborator and leader with excellent negotiation skills
• Good research skills and ability to find trends in the market and users' expectations and behavior
• A very strong and clear communicator
• Organized but flexible as you'll be working in-depth with different departments
• Innovative, able to constantly generate new ideas
• A good understanding of the iGaming industry
• Strong at decision making, problem-solving, and other management skills

Would Be Considered An Asset

• Fluent in English and French.
• Have passion for the Sportsbook gaming /or prior gaming industry experience.
• An active leader or participant within Sportsbook and Esports communities.
