Our revolutionary Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) has the power to become the 1 stop solution for private medical practitioners and national healthcare systems.
Job Title: Software Development Associate
Location: Douala, Yaoundé and Buea
Position Description: We are looking to hire up to 3 strong candidates to join our software development team. The desired candidates will have a strong interest in software development and possibly health care informatics. These 3 candidates will also have the privilege to be part of our legacy team in Cameroon, hence they will stand to benefit a lot as our company develops into a full-blown health care technology firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching, designing, implementing EMR capabilities
- Testing and evaluating tools
- Identifying areas for modification in existing medical forms and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Determining the operational practicality of our EMR tools in the Cameroonian health system
- Developing quality assurance procedures
- Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
- Maintaining and upgrading existing extensions
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, hospitals and systems analysts
Position Requirements:
- Strong record of academic achievement
- At least two years of University Studies in any IT related field
- Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- Data analysis experience
- Demonstrated interest in health information technology, IT is an asset
Demonstrated knowledge and interested in any of the following programming languages will be considered a great asset:

- JavaScript
- C++
- MySQL
- Python
- PostgreSQL2
