Description
As the conductor of the business vision of the company, your objective is to develop margins and turnover. You participate in the definition of the company's commercial policy from the company's strategy.
Main missions
- The sales manager monitors and verifies, with his collaborators, the design and implementation activities necessary for the development on the market of the goods or services offered by the company.
- Advises the general management of the business plan of the company.
- Participates in the definition of the company's commercial policy, based on the company's strategy
- Set objectives and challenge points
- Manage and support the sales team
- Benchmark and monitor the competition in order to constantly adapt the company's offers

- Know-how in conducting commercial policy

Profile
- Bac +4 / 5 in Marketing, Commerce or Sale;
- Have a perfect knowledge of the NICT sector in Cameroon;
- Justify at least 5 to 6 years of experience in the corporate segment
