Description
The aim of the “light for all” association is to make electrical energy accessible to all, independently of the electrical distribution network, through its actions. Our scope of action is based on five main axes:
- Organize fundraising;
- Design, build energy structures (mini wind power plant, mini solar power plant);
- Train staff responsible for the operation of the facility;
- Drilling with solar energy for access to drinking water;
- Promote energy savings in companies and self-consumption by multinationals.
The association is looking for a Responsible for Monitoring and Works in Energy Efficiency in Business (M / F).
Mission and context
Through its actions, the association aims to help businesses and reduce their energy consumption. This would represent a mutual interest for all the stakeholders, because the company will see its electricity bill lower, the energy savings made will allow to extend the electricity network and significantly increase the number of people having to access to electrical energy.
Main activities
The Responsible for Monitoring and Works in Energy Efficiency in Business (M / F) ensures the following main activities:
- The transverse management of energy efficiency engineers: definition of the workload, monitoring of actions, activity reporting;
- The customer relationship ;
- The implementation of the energy management contract: structuring of the energy policy, energy diagnosis and development of the action plan, implementation of performance measurement tools (remote reading), and definition of performance indicators ;
- Specify and coordinate the integration of IT tools and indicator dashboards;
- Perform periodic monitoring of energy performance and analysis of anomalies;
- Animate the progress plan for the client, and prepare periodic energy management reviews;
- Accompany clients in the operational monitoring of the energy savings action plan, until the deployment of energy-consuming asset change projects;
- Participate in the analyzes of the technical choices offered;
- Evaluate the energy savings achieved;
- Contribute and attend solidarity events of the association.
Your profile
- You have a TRAINING ENGINEER (BAC + 5), a specialty related to energy, maintenance of energy systems or climate or fluid engineering);
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- You have a good knowledge of the field of customer or donor relations, validated by a first experience;
- You master computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Skills and qualities required for the position:
Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor of the organization, sense of priorities, analytical mind, autonomy and taking of initiatives. Personality and interpersonal skills: Empathy, sense of service, pugnacity, perseverance, positivity, curiosity, sense of mutual aid.
Benefits
Our association pays you 15,000 FCFA per month for your travel and your phone calls, each employee is a member of the association. As a responsible, you leave from the office of the association, and each end of the year, 15% of the amount collected by the association is distributed fairly to all members of the office. Depending on your commitment and your results, you can collect bonuses during the year.
