YOUR MISSION
Management:
- Manage a sales team supervisors & sales rep
- Build high performing team
- Develop talent
- Ensure the recruitment, training and development daily via duo coaching
Development & Activation:
- Responsible for the Kpi's of the zone (Coastal and West Cameroon), setting goals and time frames for their achievement
- Ensure the development and the achievements of the Kpi's
- Developing criteria to measure route performance versus their goal
- Build action plan for the team and help the team building & achieve the targets
- Responsible for the service package translating into simple Kpi's
- Responsible of full Trade activation plan across sales channels
Reporting:
- Ensure weekly & monthly reporting to the management
- Is transparent with the hierarchy
- Is willing to propose, to recommend on the organization, the teal animation & activation
PROFILE
Education: BSC Degree (Bachelor of science) in Sales / Marketing
Work Experience: with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar function, ideally in the FMCG.
Skills: Project management, team management, knowledge in group and meeting facilitation, advance knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
License: Drive License Cat. B
