Company specializing in the sale, repair, installation and maintenance of electric motors reducers and pumps research for its development a winder / repairer of electric motor, Monitoring and execution of repair work of electric motors, from the workshop reception to the customer delivery.

You will carry out manually or using an automatic machine the winding of an electric motor (stator, wound rotor).

Main missions :

• The assembly of mechanical elements by gluing, welding,
• Realization of electric windings on a winding reel,
• Manually wind stators and rotors,
• Soldering the electrical connections,
• Fret the heads of electric coils,
• Steaming and varnishing,
• Perform visual and electrical control
• Assemble the different functional parts of an electric motor
• Perform functional tests.

Profile

This position is accessible with a CAP / BEP in electrical engineering / mechanics. A minimum of 3 years experience in electric motor winding is required.

Basic skills to know:

• Reading of mechanical plan and winding diagram
• Identify the characteristics of the electrical and mechanical elements from the plans
• Select the tools and materials needed to make the equipment
• Use of winding lathe
• Make electrical and mechanical connections
• Electric welding, soldering, tinning
• Use of electrical measuring devices (multimeter, dielectric, surge test, ...)
• Metrology (calliper, micrometer, buffer)
• Master the principles of static and dynamic balancing
