Description
He / she will be responsible for:
- Coordinate all the work so that deadlines and budget are respected;
- Responsible for all stages of the project from design to implementation (writing the presentation file taking into account all the financial and technical elements, necessary for the development of specifications), covering all issues put forward by the client or the company so that the realization is as fluid as possible;
- Pilot, coordinate, monitor and execute projects;
- Identify customer or business needs (briefing);
- Interface between the company's internal departments and the multi-partners or service providers working on the project, ensuring budget monitoring of the action plan (profitability of the campaign, monitoring and control);
- Supervise, decide, follow up on the file;
- Manage your team and ensure that objectives are reached;
- Report the project in images, statistics and finances;
- Comment and report on the results by various means (meetings, reporting documents, etc.).
- Plan, monitor and evaluate the project;
- Facilitates information flows between partners;
- Please execute the activities according to the timetable;
- Drafting and production of contractual reports;
- Ensure the effective implementation of project activities according to predefined objectives
- Work in close collaboration with partners;
- Define the implementation of the exit strategy from the project.

Qualifications required
- BAC +5 (in Project Management) or any other equivalent diploma
- Have at least 05 years of experience in this field of activity;
- Good coordination and programming capacity;
- Be flexible with a great capacity for organization and adaptation;
- The ability to work in a team ;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good writing skills;
- Respect of schedules and deadlines;
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS office, MS Project);
- Being able to work under pressure
