Responsibilities:

-Responsible for technical leadership and delivery of the TA initiative across all countries.
-Drives high level stakeholder engagement and partnership management for all country programmes.
-Accountable to project and the Organization’s project board/executive sponsor for the achievement of the programme technical and results deliverable for the project.
-Leaders regional teams, provide guidance and direction for country teams.

-10+ Years experience leading multi-year, multi-country initiatives across Africa
-Minimum of Masters degree in public health with cognate experience in malaria programming or vaccine programming and roll-out.
-Evidence of High-level engagements on a continental scale, with specific experience with stakeholders at national and internal level.
-Strong leadership skills, including leading multi-cultural and diverse teams, based in multiple countries.
