Description
AZA GROUP is looking for a National Production Supervisor for the needs of its services.
Main missions
- Establish a production plan.
- Organize the work according to the production tasks.
- Intervene in industrial maintenance and production management.
- Monitor the performance of production teams.
- Coordinate the tasks allocated to the production and maintenance teams.
- Supervise production operations.
- Intervene in the event of an anomaly to restore the problem by proposing corrections.
- Provide training and support for production staff.
- Ensure site security
- Supervise the LPG burning operations
- Supervise and ensure the unloading of tanks upon arrival at the base.
- Send reports to different supervisors
- Scrupulously follow the company's procedures and participate in their improvement.
- Establish and implement the communication strategy necessary for service improvement
- Ensure the quality of the product placed on the market.
Technical skills
- Mastery of planning and production management tools.
