Cameroonian company specialized in the marketing of industrial valves   

POSITION MISSION (S):

Manage the local and international sales team by coordinating their actions in order to achieve the company's turnover targets;

Set up and manage operations management systems;

POST ACTIVITY (S):

Manage the activity of the Douala office team (production of quotes and reminders), in agreement with the commercial director and the technical coordinator of the company

Ensure the implementation of the company's strategy (sourcing development, strengthening relationships with manufacturers, customer management and new customer development)

Manage team members (coaching, development, coaching)

Respect and enforce company rules and procedures

Coordinate commercial and logistics activities with the objective of customer satisfaction (deliveries) and compliance with the company's margin requirements

Technical and commercial watch: Monitoring of market developments in our sector, and of the competition.

Ensure customer satisfaction: Set up indicators to measure this satisfaction.

Perform any other task entrusted by the hierarchy

POSITION PROFILE:

Bac + 5 in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Maintenance / General Engineer or any equivalent diploma;

Experience of at least 05 years in a similar function combined with significant experience in the management of sales teams;

Sales experience dedicated to the Oil & Gas sector is an asset;

Technical knowledge in regulation and valves;

Have good negotiation skills to lead high-level relationships with customers and suppliers;

Master the Office pack
