Description

Main missions:

  • Reinforce sales development in all distribution channels for which he is responsible
  • Ensure the implementation in the field of sales promotions planned in its sales channels
  • Supervise temporary staff
  • Ensure the qualitative and quantitative reporting of its activities

Main activities:

Reinforce sales development in all distribution channels for which he is responsible

  • Implement various actions in points of sale to raise the level of activations and sales of cag / zebra.
  • Search for new channels or points of sale for the realization of activations and the distribution of airtime
  • Provide assistance to partners, sub partners and retail outlets as part of their activations and airtime marketing actions.
  • Ensure the availability of products (sims cards, packs, cag, zebra) in quantity and quality in retail outlets by triggering orders if insufficient product presence
  • Ensure merchandising, POS deployment and monitoring of the quality of visibility in the universe in points of sale
  • Ensure / supervise the installation and maintenance and refreshment of the POS in all the localities in charge
  • Ensure the implementation in the field of sales promotions planned in its sales channels
  • Develop Trade Marketing action plans under the supervision of the Regional Delegate and validate them by the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Carry out and ensure the follow-up of animations and promotional operations at points of sale.

 Supervise temporary staff

  • Participate in the selection of partimer personnel
  • Supervise and monitor their activities in the field
  • Coach these people in carrying out field actions

Ensure the qualitative and quantitative reporting of its activities

  • Feedback field information, in particular from the competition
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative reporting of its activities

Your profile

Training:

  • Bac + 2 Commerce, marketing or management

Minimum experience:

  • 2 years as a field salesperson, salesperson, or Trade marketing coordinator.
