Description
On behalf of a solid partner of MTN we are recruiting two (2) Mobile Money Salespeople.
Under the direct responsibility of the partner, the sales representatives will have the mission of actively participating in the promotion of the Mobile Money service in their respective areas.
- Their main tasks will be to:
Prospect and create new Mobile Money points of sale
Monitor the activities of MTN Mobile Money kiosks
Train point of sale agents on MTN Mobile Money products and services and the new opportunities offered by Mobile Money
- Monitor Mobile Money operations daily (POS balances, transaction effectiveness, training, customer approach, procurement process, etc.),
- Visit the Mobile Money points of sale in your area daily to follow activity and improve weak points
- Deploy point of sale methods and tools
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in terms of Mobile Money by agents in their areas
RESEARCH PROFILE: - Baccalaureate Bac + 2 - Professional experience of at least 01 year in prospecting and selling telecommunication services and / or products - Computer skills - Being at least 24 years old - Possession of a driver's license is an asset
