Description
Job Title: Junior Collection Agent
Missions: Collect debts entrusted by customers
Tasks : Contact debtors, negotiate with the debtor to obtain a settlement of debts or at least a staggering of repayments, follow up with debtors by telephone and mail, recover unsettled payments, initiate the legal recovery procedure with discharge of his hierarchy, proceed to the recovery of unpaid sums, write and send weekly reports to his hierarchy, follow up on the files of the various debtors contained in the portfolio
Profile : Be male or female, aged 30 maximum, hold a BAC+4 in business law, have at least one year's experience in a law firm or bailiff's office.
Attributes: Having a sense of responsibility, being able to work in a team and under pressure
