AFRICA FOOD MANUFACTURE SA is currently looking for a (01)
INTERNAL CONTROLLER M / F
Attached to the Audit and Control Department, the Internal Controller will be responsible for:
- guarantee compliance, compliance, relevance and quality of procedures and operations within the framework of the internal control system in its area of competence;
- remedy dysfunctions by proposing corrective measures and recommendations concerning the activities examined in its area of competence .
ACTIVITIES
- contribute to the assessment of the risks linked to the various processes of the company through the preparation, administration and examination of the internal control questionnaires of the various processes of the Company;
- carry out on-site audit assignments according to the audit plan and write reports;
- contribute to the performance of compliance and procedural consistency tests during the evaluation of the internal control system;
- check the conformity of fuel consumption by card, ensuring that it meets the existing budget;
- check the theoretical and physical statements of monthly inventories carried out in the regions and highlight the various dysfunctions in the form of an observation report;
- participate in the physical inventories of cash stocks and in the confirmation of third-party balances and produce the related reports;
- carry out physical control of the quantities received and validation of warehouse reports from warehouse workers in the event of any anomalies reported;
- monitoring and controlling monthly internal consumption on credit;
- carry out weekly checks of supplier invoices;
- participate in the rendering of Audit reports;
- classify and archive department documents;
- monitor the application of the recommendations validated in the context of any audit report;
- contribute to the performance of the Accounts or financial audit;
PROFILE
• Holder of a Bac +4 / 5 in Accounting and Finance, Audit and management control;
- 06 years of experience in Audit including minimum 02 years as Internal Controller;
- Have an ability to propose solutions likely to improve the performance of the departments monitored.
- Have a mastery of the evaluation of the entity's internal control system;
- Have a good command of internal control techniques and tools;
- Have a knowledge of the industrial environment;
- Computer skills (SAGE Suite and office pack);
