Description

Our client is a 3 star hotel establishment. It is part of the Cameroonian hotel landscape which claims great notoriety. To strengthen its sales team, we are recruiting two (2) RECEPTIONNISTS who will respond courteously and professionally to their valued customers.

Their main missions will be:

-        To welcome and support the client from their arrival to their departure while promoting the hotel's products and services.

-        To contribute to the permanent satisfaction of the customers by ensuring a quality service throughout their stay

Their activities will consist of:

-        Take reservations, greet customers and register arrivals and departures in accordance with internal procedures .

-        Respond to various customer requests in person, by phone or by email with professionalism

-        Receive complaints, comments and suggestions from customers and follow up with the departments concerned

-        Enhances the various services of the hotel to optimize sales by adapting its arguments according to the customer's motivation to purchase

-        Ensure customer satisfaction by offering impeccable service and exceeding customer expectations

-        Inform customers about the tourist attractions of the city and the country, restaurants and attractions nearby

-        Manage inventory of rooms and keys.

-        Manage the availability of rooms and reservations online.

Skills and requirements:

-        Ideally hold a diploma in hospitality or communication

-        Have two (2) to three (3) years of experience in hospitality or customer service.

-        Be organized and customer-oriented

-        Be good at interpersonal communication

-        Have a good command of the Office Suite, Outlook and ease of working with a reservation management software.

-        Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written (major asset)

-        Respectful, courteous and professional person

-        Autonomy and punctuality

-        Care for a job well done and meticulous

-        Ability to work according to a flexible timetable (day, evening, night).
