GENERAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT
Place of employment : Yaoundé
Missions:
The head of general services ensures the installation, maintenance and repair of all the company's equipment in accordance with budgetary constraints. It ensures that equipment and the fleet are kept in very good working order.
As such, he or she must:
- Coordinate the acquisition, maintenance and scrapping activities of all of the company's assets;
- Coordinate various purchasing activities;
- Manage the archives;
- Manage the vehicle fleet with regard to maintenance;
- Manage the general store.
Hierarchic reattachment
The general resources manager is hierarchically attached to the Administration, Accounting and Finance Director (DAF).
Education / Training :
- Bac + 2/3 in Logistics and Transport and / or Bac + 2/3 in Purchasing and Supply
Professional experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the logistics function and / or the general resources function and / or the fixed asset management function and / or the purchasing and supply function.
specific skills
- Very good command of techniques and tools for managing fixed assets over their life cycle (acquisition, maintenance, and scrapping or exit from the company's portfolio);
- Proficiency in SAARI software, in particular modules related to fixed asset management;
- Very good mastery of material accounting;
- Good level in fleet maintenance management;
- Good level in organization and management of archives.
Transversal skills :
- Pragmatic and methodical spirit;
- High level of respect for ethical rules;
- Have a sense of detail;
- A great aptitude for rigor.
