POSITION MISSION (S):
Manage all functions related to production: manufacturing, maintenance, methods, logistics, quality ...;
Organize the means of the site (human, financial, technical) in order to guarantee the manufacture of the products and to respond to commercial requests;
Supervise the implementation of the short, medium and long term investment plan;
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives (quantitative and qualitative)
POST ACTIVITY (S):
Strategy
Define the strategic choices with the general management;
Participate in the development of the Budget and the objectives of the sales representatives with the general management;
Ensure compliance with and application of the directives of the general management.
Control
Ensure compliance with quality procedures;
Define and monitor with the production manager the main performance indicators to assess the proper functioning of all production workshops;
Identify with the production manager the main levers of action to optimize the production of the factory: production capacity, quality, human resources ...;
Ensure the quality of industrial activity (product quality, process, environmental management) and implement a policy of continuous improvement;
Take charge of annual investment projects (new work, means of production, logistics, etc.) through the drafting of specifications, sourcing of suppliers, and drawing up quotes;
To convey a quality image of the company in accordance with the company charter.
QHS:
Apply quality procedures.
Apply the general provisions relating to health and safety.
Suggest improvement measures.
Communication, working relationship and training:
Maintain a pleasant working climate; participate in teamwork.
Participate in meetings proposed by general management and other structures if necessary.
Follow the training offered by HR according to training schedule.
POSITION PROFILE:
Minimum BAC + 5 in industrial maintenance, Mechanical engineering or any equivalent diploma;
Experience of at least 05 years in a similar function or in positions of increasing responsibility;
Ability to manage the factory as a profit center and aptitude for transversal management;
Excellent knowledge of the company's activity sector, its products and its positioning vis-à-vis the competition;
Knowledge of HSE quality and regulatory environments specific to its sector (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, AMDEC ...);
Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies (5 S, Kanban, JAT ...) in order to carry out restructuring projects within the factory;
Commercial temperament and negotiation skills to lead high level relationships with customers and suppliers;
Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies;
Computer skills: specialized [MES (manufacturing execution system), ERP…], generic (excel, word, power point,…)
Good knowledge of administrative writing;
To be bilingual ;
