Your role
Main missions:
- Ensure precise management of the FabLab in the technical field and follow up on members.
- Ensure operational responsibility for activities taking place within the FabLab by following the strategy established by the FabLab manager and the Orange Digital Center management
Main activities:
- Monitor FabLab supply (consumable levels / obsolescence / orders)
- Ensure the reception of the public and the follow-up of the members (management of memberships, contributions and management of authorizations)
- Ensure the management of subcontractors
- Participate in the planning and animation of the different activities
- Support users in the use of technologies developed in the laboratory (IoT / 3D printing / Rapid prototyping (CNC, laser cutting) / 3D modeling and computer graphics / Sewing and embroidery / Woodworking)
- Ensure proper operation and ensure rapid troubleshooting or maintenance operations of the machines (3D printers, 3D scanner, laser cutting, digital embroidery machine, etc.)
- Report to the FabLab Manager the states of equipment or machine malfunctions
- Keep an inventory of repairs carried out and to be carried out (preventive and curative maintenance sheet)
Your profile
Training:
- Minimum BAC + 2/3 in a technical orientation such as electronics, IT or another diploma related to digital technologies
Minimum experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in fleet management and simple maintenance items (inventory management, maintenance management, technologies for maintenance)
