We are looking for a F / M Technical Director based in Cameroon, in Douala, for a company specialized in the Transport and Distribution of petroleum products.
YOUR FUNCTION
As Technical Director, you are responsible for all construction operations (new work or renovation) and maintenance of the network of service stations. Your missions are as follows,
- Planning, management and supervision of maintenance actions in service stations,
- Review and proposals for improvement of maintenance processes,
- Supervision of technical studies and coordination of construction / renovation work on service stations,
- Coordination and technical interface with design offices (designer, quantity surveyor, structural calculation ...),
- Responsible for the quality of achievements, budget monitoring and financial results of its projects,
- Ensure the budget designs for each site,
- Ensuring the assembly of tender documents for calls for tenders,
- Participate in technical meetings of its service and in the selection of subcontractors,
- Train the agents under his responsibility in best practices and techniques for site design and execution,
- Control of QHSE procedures.
YOUR PROFILE
- Civil Engineer training, you have at least 10 years of professional experience in the construction field, ideally in the realization and assembly of service stations.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to demonstrate rigor in the conduct of projects both technically and in contractual and financial management.
