Description
The Fresh bag company to support the development of new activities and fight against youth unemployment is recruiting professional trainees in entrepreneurship and business management in the city of Yaoundé.
Under the supervision of the Director of Projects, Research and Development, you will contribute to the implementation of the missions of creation of new activities, products or services of the various projects of the company in the following sectors of activity: agriculture , livestock, agri-food, NICT, social entrepreneurship, SDGs etc.
Main missions :

- Collaborate on the creation of new activities (identify business opportunities in various sectors of activity and transform them into a viable activity)
- Work with early-stage start-ups to help them validate their business model (value proposition, business model, business plan, MVP development, etc.)

- Support fundraising for start-ups with financial partners and venture capital funds
- A management part: Business Development, Marketing, Events, Partnerships

Required profile
- With a minimum of Bac +2 training in project management, marketing, business administration or any related specialty, you can demonstrate relevant experience in project management with "concrete" results achieved.
- Endowed with leadership and a spirit of initiative, an extraordinary intellect and a good communicator, you also know how to be organized, and know how to remain calm under pressure.
- Being able to express yourself fluently in French and in fluent English is an advantage for this position.
