Description
SCI SOTRADIC is a Société Immobilière Civil whose head office is in Akwa-Douala, roundabout Salle des Fêtes, Boulevard de la République. It specializes in the management and operation of various real estate products, including the rental of furnished and unfurnished housing, space for offices, stores and shopping centers in several cities in Cameroon, like Yaoundé, Douala and Bafoussam.
SCI SOTRADIC also operates on the hotel residential market. To this end, it provides several services, in particular: furnished accommodation, catering, car rental, massage service, dry cleaning, swimming pool, gym, banquet and conference rooms. SCI SOTRADIC counts three semi hotel complexes in the city of Douala:
Ø The CARAT Residence , in Bonapriso, Avenue De Gaulle;
Ø The Le Carat residence , located opposite the Akwa Festival Hall;
Ø The Blue Sky Residence , located at the Bessengue red light.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the Director of Operations, you are in charge of technical monitoring and maintenance of the residences. You have the technical responsibility for the residences and their equipment, both in the dwellings, the outbuildings, the swimming pools, as well as on the exteriors and green spaces. You carry out the necessary work while ensuring compliance with safety standards, compliance of the establishment and the comfort of customers and tenants.
- You ensure the maintenance of the real estate heritage and you ensure the daily monitoring of the residences, the common areas (technical rooms, parking, seminar rooms, restaurant), common equipment (swimming pool, gym, etc.) and the good performance of outdoor spaces
- You identify malfunctions and possible deterioration, you plan the work to maintain or improve the condition of the residences and you ensure repairs
- You check the condition of buildings and installations from a security and compliance point of view. You constantly check the facilities ensuring the security of the establishment and people (monitoring the security register and reports from the control offices)
- You comply with Group and residence procedures
- You are responsible for respecting the maintenance service and ensuring the implementation of contracts
- You plan investments throughout the year to prepare N + 1 budgets
- You organize the work of your teammates and you control the quality of the delegated work
- You are an information relay between the technical service and the General Management.
- You are responsible for the proper application of the procedures of the functional and operational departments of the Company
REQUIRED PROFILE
- You have a technical training (plumbing, electricity, building maintenance) and you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have skills in electricity, pool maintenance, green spaces, air conditioning and small repairs
- You are recognized for your coaching and pedagogical qualities
- You are able to manage the upkeep and maintenance of a tourist residence
- You have a good relationship, a good presentation, and a real desire to succeed
- You demonstrate availability, mobility, responsiveness, autonomy, skill
- You know the regulations and safety standards relating to our profession
